Propel Co:Labs #MadetoMove Launch Event

Propel Co:Labs

Everyone knows I work out a lot. When I’m not hiking in the mountains, I’m either taking a yoga, spin or dance class. I also like to ride my bike to the beach and cruise down The Strand. I am huge on hydration and often make sure I’m getting enough electrolytes, especially when I do long hikes and bike rides.

So when I got contacted by Propel to work with them on the launch of their #MadetoMove campaign, I was thrilled! I used to drink Propel a long time ago and I loved the subtle flavor. I would drink Gatorade or put electrolyte tablets in my water, but I never really liked the taste. So I was excited not only to work with Propel but also to be able incorporate the drink it into my fitness routine.

As part of their campaign, I was lucky enough to attend their Propel Co:Labs event in Venice Beach. There I was able to do a one-on-one workout with trainer to the stars, Gunnar Peterson, get my hair and makeup done for an amazing photoshoot, get gifted a workout outfit by Bandier, and get to attend the main event!

The main event included a workout with Speedplay, Yoga for Bad People, and the NW Method. Propel closed it out with a bang by bringing out Nick Jonas for an exclusive performance. After the intense workout and amazing private concert, we got to hang out on the roof for happy hour and got to take pictures of Nick Jonas!

I look forward to sharing my experiences with Propel with you. Thanks Propel for the amazing opportunity!
