Meet Sara Lewis, Founder of XO Fitness

I worked out with Sara Lewis at her studio, XO Fitness, and it kicked my ass! We did a training circuit with a mixture of pilates, barre, boxing, free weights, and a water rower. Let’s just say I was sore for a couple of days after the work out. We got to know each other a little bit and after hearing her interesting story, I wanted to introduce her to you!

Sara had already fully embraced a whole other career (and expense account) as a high level executive in the music industry for over 10 years before she decided it was time to make a major change in her life.  After becoming certified on all apparatuses in west-coast contemporary style Pilates, Sara decided to pursue a full-time career as an instructor.
